LAP Latin American Partners is a private equity and mezzanine fund manager in Latin America. Through our focus on traditional infrastructure (transportation and logistics, telecom, energy, water, etc.), natural resources, export growth, manufacturing, among others, we aim to transform local economies and livelihoods by investing in companies with strong sustainable growth potential through optimized capital structures.

We target medium-sized companies with experienced management teams, promising growth potential, and sustainable business models. LAP’s active ownership and management approach involves working alongside management and sponsors in implementing expansion business plans. We analyze ESG factors for both risk management and value creation purposes; by following internal management systems our managed funds aim at promoting best practices on environmental and social performance.
